Interested in delivering Dudley HAF? We work with local organisations to provide safe, inclusive and enjoyable holiday activities, with healthy food, for eligible children and young people.

Before you apply

Please read the current provider documents. They are the source of truth for delivery requirements, eligibility, safeguarding, food, inclusion, Eequ, reporting and funding conditions.

Who can apply?

Applications may be welcomed from organisations such as charities, CICs, schools, community organisations and private providers that can meet Dudley HAF requirements.

Eequ training dates: Monday 2 November and Wednesday 4 November.
Activity listing deadline: Wednesday 11 November.
Family booking date: Thursday 26 November at 7:30am.

Eequ

All HAF-funded bookings, attendance monitoring and eligibility verification must be managed through Eequ. At least one member of staff should complete the required provider training for the delivery period
